The size of the firearm she creates depends on the amount of metal she transforms, though her limit seems to show that the biggest weapon she has made is an M134 minigun. Seven Nation Army, or Nation Army for short, has the ability to transform anything metal into a fire arm of any kind, as long as her Stand user, Cleo, both knows what kind of weapon she is making and it's not a fictional fire arm, like a laser gun or something similar.
